THINK-INNOVATE-DELIVER: "We're Building Maluku Wholeheartedly!"
"A Young, Unique & Dynamic Organization"
ADVANCE MALUKU was first incepted in September 2006 by BAS
Consulting (www.basconsult.com) as an independent,
self-supporting & open working group consisted of professionals,
university lecturers and NGOs' members that shared the common
passion, idealism & strong commitment to develop Maluku’s
sustainable competitive advantages in facing global challenges.
From the very beginning, members of ADVANCE MALUKU strongly
believed that Maluku’s potential competitive advantages should
be developed from ground up, starting from its communities.
Furthermore, in order to achieve the desired results, two key
elements must be established, i.e. collaboration and/ or
networking and breakthrough/ value innovative solutions.
Leaders of ADVANCE MALUKU understand the strategic importance of
collaboration and networking to develop and maintain the group’s
competitive advantages. These understandings has been
transformed into various collaborations with local, national as
well as global organizations. Members of ADVANCE MALUKU are
continuously enforced to upgrade their capacities and
competencies through various formal and informal learning and
well as through field works. This approach also ensures and
updates our understanding and knowledge of global challenges and
the potential solutions that may be developed to overcome them.
Over time, ADVANCE MALUKU has evolved into a management consulting organization that focuses itself on Strategic Management and Program Development & Management without compromising its passion, idealism & commitment in developing Maluku’s sustainable competitive advantages from the ground up.
Today, we are the only organization of its kind in Eastern Indonesia region that has the competency and capacity to independently develop and implement community-based programs with the participation of local, national and international organizations
In the late 2009, Leaders of ADVANCE MALUKU acknowledged the significant importance of transforming our organization into a fully commercialised entity whilst keeping its strategic focus on community-based industry cluster. To do so, we have transformed our organization into a corporation with five (5) different subsidiaries that are fully integrated among themselves.
"Theme-Driven Organization"
Ever since its inception, ADVANCE MALUKU has always been a theme-driven organization.
"MAU KA SENG?" was the first theme introduced in 2006. The theme literally means "Want It?". This theme was launched together with our initial strategic programs and has the key objective of inviting the right people to come onboard ADVANCE MALUKU.

Subsequently, the theme "KATONG BISA!" (We Can) was launched in 2008 to convey a message to our stakeholders & to the public in general that we can do the impossibles from Ambon, Maluku. This theme was in used up until the end of 2009.
Having achieved our strategic milestones, ADVANCE MALUKU is now fully geared to cater complex business challenges. We are moving forward as our new theme said it "PANGGAYO MAJU!"
